How is payment made?
To reserve a transfer you will need to enter your credit card details online on our Secure Server - the payment will only be debited from your credit card once you receive confirmation of your transfer booking.
What is included within the price?
The price shown on-screen is in Euros and includes all costs including Taxes and IVA.
How will I find the Driver on arrival at Faro Airport?
After collecting your baggage and passing through Customs you enter the main hall of the Faro Airport. Turn to the left and you will see under the escalator a number of representatives from different transfer companies. Our Driver will be standing amongst them holding a sign clearly displaying your name. If, for some unlikely reason, there is not a sign with your name please immediately contact us on the number printed on your Booking Confirmation +(351) 917 329 074. Please note - we definitely request you to contact us in order to avoid using an alternative illegal driver.
What if the arrival of my flight has been delayed?
Through our computer system we check Faro plane arrival times according to the information provided by the client for any delays. When a flight has been delayed we will wait at the airport until the client appears.
What happens if I am delayed due to loss of luggage?
Our policy is to wait for 1-hour after the flight landing for clients to clear through passport control, customs and baggage. If there are any problems please let us know by sending one of your party into the arrival hall to contact our Driver. (When he knows there is a problem he may be able to help and he will wait as long as it takes).
My destination is a private property, does this present a problem?
When the destination is a location familiar to the client then help the Driver with directions. (If the location is new to the client then make sure that you are provided by the Holiday Booking Agent with clear driving directions and that you have keys or access to the property).
What about provision of Baby/Child Seats?
Please inform us of the number and ages of any children so that we can provide the necessary types of seats for safety and to meet the requirements of Portuguese Traffic Laws.
How much baggage and other items can be stored in the vehicle?
Baggage space is very dependent upon the number of passengers and the vehicle. If there are only two passengers then there is more than adequate space. When there is a full load of eight passengers then space is more limited and we suggest one case per passenger. Please let us know in advance if there will be extra items such as golf clubs, sports equipment, etc., and we will do our best to accommodate them.
What to do when there is a need to cancel or change the Booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone to inform us of the change in plans.
Can I speak personally to someone?
Any client can contact us by telephone shown on this web site. Alternatively, you can leave a message by e-mail requesting us to contact you with a query relating to a Transfer Booking.
If you have any special requirements such as detour and stopping points during the journey please indicate them in the Comments Box. (Extra cost may be applied).
