When a Booking is made for our services then you also agree to the following terms and conditions:
The name used to make the Booking is held responsible for the final payment of the Booking.
Cancellation or alterations are permitted at any time up to 24 hours prior to the time specified of the Booked Journey. This can be done either online, or by telephoning +351 289 300 680.
Each passenger has a baggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage. Extra baggage and special items (e.g. golf clubs, surf boards, bicycles, etc., must be disclosed at the time of the Booking. Due to space availability we can not be held responsible for extra items not initially listed.
Smoking is not permitted within our vehicles. Consumption of food during transit should be limited to necessities and drinking must be limited to water.
We do not accept any responsibility of any items lost or damaged whilst in transit in our vehicles. All items are at all times the responsibility of their owners.
It is the responsibility of the clients to advise us if Booster or Baby Seats are required for road safety reasons and to meet the Portuguese traffic laws.
Should we fail to reach the destination due a circumstance beyond our control we will provide alternative transport at no extra cost to the client.
We will make every endeavour to waiting at Faro Airport for your arrival, and equally at the pre-arranged time from the departure point back to the Airport. However, the Algarve traffic may sometimes be delayed due to traffic problems, police controls, etc. if any of these problems should occur we will when possible contact the clients to keep them informed of any delay. We would kindly request the clients to allow a margin of 20 minutes to cover the possibility of such a delay.
We allow a 15 minute delay period after the agreed departure time in case of a member of the party suffering unforeseen problem. After this time the driver will reserve the right to depart regardless of any further delays.
We will wait one hour after your landing time at Faro Airport in case of a flight delay. Should there be any problem with the luggage then we kindly ask that a member of the party should seek us out in the arrival hall to notify us of the problem. We will then wait until the baggage problem is resolved. If travelling alone please contact the Emergency Telephone shown on your Booking Reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse to transport of any clients under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or considered to be a possible risk to the driver and the vehicle.
